🧬The #PlanetHealthInnovationNetwork accompanied this essential conference, crucial as healthcare professionals navigate solutions in our current landscape.
🎤Dr.Quique Bassat, from the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) and Barcelona Children’s Hospital Sant Joan de Déu , highlighted two important messages:
✅ Continual progress necessitates #Ongoing action; within these actions lie opportunities for meaningful change and #Mitigation.
✅ #Children bear the brunt of #ClimateChange‘s impact. Healthcare workers responsible for child and maternal health will have to raise awareness and advocate for the most vulnerable.
